OBJECTIVE


STAMP Event Co. partnered with GLAAD to produce the 34th Annual GLAAD Media Awards, a globally recognized LGBTQ awards show, streaming now on Hulu.


Building on the success of the 33rd Annual GLAAD Media Awards, STAMP continued to contribute to overall programming, run of show, production, set design, and comprehensive logistics for the events in Los Angeles and New York.



CHALLENGES 

  • Maintain and exceed the high production standards set the prior year
  • Ensure seamless coordination between venues, vendors, and diverse logistics for events in two cities
  • Balance creativity, inclusivity, and attention to detail in programming, set design, and overall decor
  • Strengthen the ongoing partnership with GLAAD and contributing to future successful events



APPROACH


Continued collaboration with GLAAD:

  • Leveraged the successful team structure and process established in the prior year
  • Worked closely with the GLAAD team to realize their vision and goals 


Comprehensive Event Management:

  • Handled overall programming, run of show, production, set design, and logistics for the events
  • Managed venue and vendor relationships, ensuring seamless coordination and execution
  • Oversaw budget management, timelines, floorplans, volunteer and staff training, permits, and logistical coordination


Inclusive Design and Decor:

  • Conceptualized and executed set designs that celebrated diversity and reflected the spirit of GLAAD
  • Managed tabletop and overall decor to create a visually engaging atmosphere for attendees.

CASE STUDY: Daily Front Row's Annual Fashion Awards

OBJECTIVE


STAMP Event Co. partnered with Daily Front Row to produce their Awards shows in Los Angeles and New York. The goal was to execute star-studded events, providing guests with a memorable and immersive experience while celebrating the fashion industry's behind-the-scenes and front-and-center influencers.


CHALLENGES 


  • Create an extraordinary event in the iconic Beverly Hills Hotel
  • Design programming that capture the essence of the fashion industry
  • Manage production and logistics for a high-profile event with celebrity guests and industry leaders



APPROACH 


  • Collaborated with the Daily Front Row team through standing status meetings, shared dashboard and transparent communications
  • Designed the event flow to enhance guest experiences, focusing on photo activations and brand engagement
  • Orchestrated a luxurious oasis lounge, while integrating sponsor products and press line
  • Oversaw all components of the Awards show, including the run of show, rehearsals, set design and load-in/out, ensuring a smooth onstage production and an exciting program for the guests.



RESULTS
