OBJECTIVE
STAMP Event Co. partnered with
Moulin Rouge! The Musical to produce their Red Carpet and Opening Night Party. STAMP conceptualized and managed the event from start to finish. The overarching objective was to transform the cavernous Hammerstein Ballroom into a Parisian nightclub and produce an extravagant red carpet at the theater.

APPROACH
Conceptualization and Design:
- Collaborated closely with the show producers to understand the aesthetic and theme of the production
- Developed and executed a design that transformed the Hammerstein Ballroom into a Parisian nightclub, including a custom-built 12’ logo to a 10 piece chandelier installation
Project Management:
- Oversaw every aspect of the event
- Coordinated with vendors, set designers, and technical teams
- Ensured seamless communication between all parties involved in the production
Immersive Atmosphere:
- Focused on creating an immersive atmosphere that transported attendees
- Designed thematic elements, lighting, decor and catering to enhance the theatrical and glamorous experience
- Created a unique interactive photo opportunity for the guests
Red Carpet Execution:
- Orchestrated the Red Carpet experience to build anticipation and excitement for the musical premiere
- Worked with the client on the logistics of celebrity arrivals, interviews, and photo opportunities to maximize media coverage.
