Based in LA and NYC and serving clients worldwide, we specialize in world-class production, visionary event design, and seamless guest management. We extend a heartfelt thank you to our amazing clients—from trailblazing nonprofits and entertainment leaders to bold companies striving for impactful events—and to our dedicated suppliers, colleagues, and partners who’ve elevated our work along the way. Looking back fills us with gratitude, and looking ahead sparks even more excitement for new, innovative events and experiences with meaningful groups. At this year’s City Harvest BID—an exciting culinary event featuring tasting stations from NYC’s best chefs and restaurants, STAMP delivered top-tier Guest Management to elevate the experience for over 1,000 attendees. Guests strolled through an array of stations, sampling diverse cuisines while enjoying live performances throughout the night, our team managed all guest communications, RSVPs, and donation tracking for City Harvest. On event day, STAMP coordinated check-in, distributed access wristbands, and welcomed guests, while handling any arrival issues, ensuring a smooth experience for all. Because at a STAMP event, every guest is a VIP!

STAMP was proud to provide production support for the Matthew Shepard Foundation's gala, which raised over $700,000 for their vital work. Attended by over 600 guests, the event honored activists such as actor Kal Penn, who received the Making a Difference Award. Since 2016, we have had the privilege of partnering with the Foundation and supporting their efforts around the Matthew Shepard and James Byrd, Jr. Hate Crimes Prevention Act and their mission to erase hate. We are honored to help bring their powerful work to life and celebrate Matt’s lasting legacy.

For the second year in a row, STAMP partnered with Kérastase to create a dynamic activation during New York Fashion Week. This time, the eye-catching photo wall showcased Kérastase’s new elixir bottle, providing a perfect backdrop that gave guests an extra shine and introduced them to the brand’s latest product in style. New York’s most stylish lit up the camera in this glitzy photo moment!

For the launch of Jackery’s Solar Generator 5000 Plus, STAMP brought the comfort of a "cozy night in" to an exclusive media event in NYC. Transforming a loft space into a home-like setting complete with board games, snacks, neon lights, and TV displays (all powered by Jackery !), we created an inviting experience that highlighted Jackery’s commitment to sustainable energy both indoors and out. Every detail—from the ambiance to the catered touches—was thoughtfully curated to capture Jackery's brand and mission. Working closely with our PR partner, STAMP produced a memorable activation that impressed influencers and media alike!

STAMP was proud to partner with the Institute for Women’s Policy Research (IWPR) for their impactful *Power+ Summit* took place in Chicago for close to 200 attendees. In addition to expertly managing event logistics, STAMP provided our renowned Guest Management Services, ensuring a seamless experience for all attendees. This dynamic event featured insightful panels, keynote speakers, and interactive sessions focused on eliminating barriers to women’s full participation in society, driving meaningful nationwide change.

STAMP was thrilled to produce Daily Front Row’s iconic Fashion Media Awards during New York Fashion Week! This star-studded event honored fashion trail blazers like Jerry Hall and Anna Sui, with legendary presenters including Debbie Harry, Amber Valletta, Alek Wek, and Carolyn Murphy. The night hit a high note with a surprise appearance by Rihanna. Hosted at the glamorous Rainbow Room, this event showcased the perfect blend of NYC’s energy and style—and STAMP was proud to bring this can’t-miss fashion moment to life!

STAMP proudly partnered with Welcome to Chinatown for their biannual gala, producing an unforgettable progressive party throughout downtown Manhattan. This year’s theme, *Reimagine: A Thriving Chinatown*, came to life with vibrant onstage design and event locations, including WTC's new Small Business Innovation Hub. Special guests Awkwafina and Hope King celebrated local small businesses alongside honorees like award-winning photojournalist Alan Chin and entrepreneur Lauren Chan. As a minority-owned business, STAMP was especially proud to lead the production of this impactful event.
